The magnesium chip cutting machine is the primary processing unit used to cut magnesium ingots into magnesium chips.
The hydraulic power unit (HPU) supplies hydraulic power for the material pushing and feeding mechanisms of the magnesium chip cutting machine.
The electrical control cabinet, together with the associated electrical components, provides automatic control of the machine's main operating functions, including:
Cutter roll rotation
Hydraulic pump start/stop
Hydraulic valve directional control
Feeding operation
Other preset operating functions
The chip breaker performs coarse crushing of the magnesium chips discharged from the magnesium chip cutting machine.
The discharge hopper collects the magnesium chips after coarse crushing.
The blower/fan provides the airflow required to convey and transport the magnesium chips within the processing system.
The equipment is primarily used for:
Cutting and coarse crushing of magnesium chips for the production of large-diameter magnesium granules.
The system is designed to prepare magnesium chips as the feedstock for subsequent 1–5 mm magnesium granulation.
