The XJ1100(XJ450) workover rig is a vehicle-mounted workover equipment with a maximum hook load of 1125KN, derrick height of 31m, workover depth of 5500m(73mmEUE) and drilling depth of 1500m(114mm drill pipe).
The machine can be divided into two parts: special self-propelled chassis, driving form is 8x4 or 10x8; Special working devices are installed for workover operations.
Derrick assembly: double section telescopic derrick, hydraulic lifting, expansion. Angle 3.5°, adjusted by the lead screw; The crane is a whole box structure, and the crane platform is provided with guardrail.
Winch assembly: Single drum construction, maximum fast rope pull of 210KN, belt or disc brakes, equipped with EATON WCB224 disc auxiliary brake, reliable performance of the auxiliary brake, uniform trip speed.
Hydraulic gas control system: The hydraulic oil pump adopts the gear oil pump with strong pollution resistance, reliable performance, and the reversing valve adopts the pneumatic control and manual control dual control structure, simple operation and labor saving, and the pipeline layout is concise.
