The Hydraulic pressure Pelletizer for Magnesium Granule &Type YMX-300A is made up of six parts: Pelletizer, Notcher ,Fan ,oil press,blanking machine and panel box.
The Pelletizer is the main equipment which is used for cutting magnesium ingot.
The Hydraulic pressure station supply the power .The panel box and other auxiliary equipments assume the function of the automatic control.The Notcher smashes the Magnesium Scrap coarsely which comes from the Pelletizer.The falling material machine collects the smashed Magnesium Scrap .
The fan supplys the power for the Magnesium Scrap's movement in the system.

It is easy to use and it is roboticized. It is more safe for the residue of the material can fall into the blanking machine autokinetic.
The cutter bodies are fixed on the machine. It can be changed easily after it has been used unduly.
It looks very nice and it has safety capability. The machine has good ferrosteel. when it works ,it has little noise and it expends less electricity .all the leads are connected by air tie-in so it is very convenient and easy to change.

The hydraulic pressure Pelletizers have two types at present,one is YMX-300A,and the other is YMX-300B.
Type A is used for cutting 7.5 kg magnesium ingot.and the type B is mainly used for cutting 15 kg magnesium ingot & cake.
