XJ1600 (XJ650) type of workover rig is a vehicular workover rig, maximum hook load of 1580 kn, 34 m mast height, workover depth of 8500 m (73 mmeue) overhaul depth of 5500 m (3) - 1/2 drill pipe, drilling depth of 2500 m (114) mm drill pipe.
The whole machine can be divided into two parts: special self-propelled chassis, driving form is 12×8; Special working devices are installed for workover operations.
Telescopic mast derrick assembly: double section, hydraulic lifting and scaling. Angle 3.3°, adjustable by screw; The crane is a whole box structure, and the crane platform is provided with guardrail.
Winch assembly: single drum structure, the biggest fast line pull 210 kn, tape or disc brake, equipped with EATON WCB224 auxiliary brake disc, the auxiliary brake performance is reliable, under constant pressure.
Liquid gas control system: hydraulic oil pump gear oil pump used the fouling resistance is strong, reliable performance, reversing valve adopts manual and pneumatic control structure, easy operation is simple, concise line layout.
Main application:
Mainly used for the 8500 m or less well depth, oil and water well workover, oil and water Wells, CBM well drilling and production of oil well casing drilling, drilling operation such as window test.
